Wednesday 13 May the Pakahukahu Team visited the Marlborough Lines Generation Museum in Blenheim to launch our new inquiry about small machines.
The trip was our Ignite Day, designed to spark curiosity and inspire students as they explored how machines, energy, and technology work in the real world.
Students enjoyed discovering interactive displays, learning about the history of power generation in Marlborough, and asking thoughtful questions about how electricity is created and used?
It was a fantastic afternoon of hands-on learning and a great start to our new inquiry journey.
