Thursday 19 September saw the very talented Renwick School choir come together at ASB Stadium to perform for a sell out crowd. The energy, enthusiasm and excellence demonstrated by each child was a true representation of the time they have committed.
Well done to everyone involved, and a huge thank you to the dancers, small group soloists and small part roles for the extra effort you gave to make the show even more amazing. A special mention to our amazing Mrs Mac, who went back in time, to the 80's and led our school in an unforgettable version of FAME. Our choir looks forward to performing once again, in our assembly this week.
A special thanks to Ainsley, Mrs Mac and Bec for supporting choir with her expertise. Lindy Knowles ( stage manager) told the kids their efforts and performance were outstanding, equal or better to the other two nights. Also a huge thank you to Liz McKay ( Creative Kids) and Rose Platencamp (Stage lab) who directed the show.

It’s 2024, nearly 70 years since the first EuroVision. The Swinging 60’s, Disco 70’s, Roaring 80’s.... many slogans, Eurovision has connected it all. 2024 is about ‘Uniting by music’! A fabulous ethos, a fabulous message, fabulous songs, just absolutely fabulous!
