We have some ChampionsYou may have seen in the paper in the early part of the holidays our Renwick School Cycling Team of Quinn Karwowski, Tom Hulland, Nathan McIntrye and Piers Landon-Lane came second at the National Age Group Cycling Championships in Levin.  This is a huge achievement for these boys and special congratulations to them for their outstanding performance.
Also

Victoria Straight travelled to Australia with a NZ Tae Kwon Do Team, won all her fights and came home with Gold Medal – again, an outstanding performance from a young athlete.

These students are a great example of what can be achieved with great determination and commitment.  We are very proud of them and I am sure we will be reading a lot more about these young people in the future.
